We use a five-step program with five lawn chemical applications included in the yearly program:

Early Spring

Slow release fertilizer for new growth and improved color. Pre-emergent for crabgrass and foxtail control.

Late Spring

Slow release fertilizer to maintain color and root durability while controlling broadleaf weeds.

Summer

Slow release fertilizer to maintain color and root durability while controlling broadleaf weeds.

Early Fall

Balanced fertilizer helps turf to rebound from Summer stress.

Late Fall

Heavy rate nitrogen fertilizer. A very important application for the development of a hardy root system. Weed control is offered on an as-needed basis to treat post-emerged weeds.
